Terms & Conditions — jeetawy Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jeetawy website at jeetawy.net, creating a player account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and promotional offers — you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as the jeetawy Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Player and jeetawy with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.

jeetawy reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of jeetawy after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where a change is material — particularly any change that affects the Player's financial rights or obligations — jeetawy will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's account.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jeetawy platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on jeetawy. Any Player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account suspended immediately, all associated transactions reversed where possible, and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• You are accessing jeetawy as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of jeetawy or any of its affiliated companies, partner game studios, or technology providers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of jeetawy is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
• You have not previously been excluded from jeetawy, whether through a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated closure.

jeetawy enforces the 18+ age restriction through National ID (NID) document verification at the withdrawal activation stage. Players who have not completed age verification will not be permitted to withdraw funds from their jeetawy account.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use jeetawy's real-money gaming and betting features, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. You must not provide false, misle ading, or fictitious information at any point during registration or subsequent verification processes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account on jeetawy. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jeetawy reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus claims, and withhold funds pending a full investigation. The Player will be notified of any such action via their registered email address.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jeetawy account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. jeetawy will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify jeetawy of unauthorised access via [email protected].

3.4 Account Information Updates

If any of the information you provided during registration changes — including your email address, mobile number, or residential address — you must update your account details promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to payment processing, failed identity verification, or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jeetawy supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and City Bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeetawy does not accept cryptocurrency payments.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit on jeetawy is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-volume deposits may be subject to additional verification. jeetawy does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which jeetawy is not responsible. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jeetawy account instantly upon confirmation of payment by the respective mobile financial service provider.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion. Players who have not submitted and had their NID documentation approved will be unable to process a withdrawal. Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests are reviewed within 15 to 60 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). jeetawy does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard BDT mobile wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Bangladeshi business day to reflect in the destination account.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are only processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account in the Player's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jeetawy reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, are submitted from a newly registered account, or are associated with a pattern of deposit-and-withdrawal activity that does not reflect genuine gaming activity.

4.5 Bonus Wagering Before Withdrawal

If your account balance includes funds derived from an active bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full before a withdrawal of those bonus-derived funds can be processed. Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it. Players may opt to forfeit an active bonus via account settings before submitting a withdrawal request.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

jeetawy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of opt-in, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New jeetawy players are eligible for a 100% first deposit welcome bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold stated in the current welcome bonus offer page. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be completed within the time limit stated at the point of opt-in. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

jeetawy monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; exploiting promotional errors; or coordinating bonus activity with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, jeetawy reserves the right to void the bonus, reclaim any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the associated account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses with unmet wagering requirements expire after the time limit specified at the point of offer. Expired bonuses are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to track their active bonus status and wagering progress via the account dashboard.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the jeetawy platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of receiving multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with jeetawy's games, odds feeds, or payment systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing cards, coordinating bets, or communicating game state information in live games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jeetawy platform, game software, or payment systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are considered void and must be returned.
• Using the jeetawy platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that violates Bangladesh financial regulations or international anti-money laundering standards.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or the jeetawy administrative or operational systems, without authorisation.
• Making fraudulent deposits using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments, including bKash accounts, bank cards, or mobile wallet credentials belonging to another individual.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in connection with any sporting event offered in the jeetawy sportsbook.
• Publishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property belonging to jeetawy without prior written authorisation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeetawy platform — including but not limited to the jeetawy brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, written content, graphics, user interface elements, game thumbnails, promotional imagery, and software code — is the exclusive intellectual property of jeetawy or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetawy platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any element of the jeetawy platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of jeetawy's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the responsible party to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeetawy's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeetawy is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, even if jeetawy has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, internet service providers, mobile network operators (including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk), or mobile financial service providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay).
• Any technical failures, system outages, or game errors that occur outside jeetawy's direct control, provided that jeetawy takes reasonable steps to rectify such issues promptly.
• Any actions taken by a Player in reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information displayed on the platform due to a technical error, provided that such error is corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has shared their credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jeetawy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request to close their jeetawy account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jeetawy will process the request within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's primary verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

9.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension

jeetawy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• jeetawy has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with the account.
• The Player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or compliance obligations require jeetawy to restrict access for specific players or jurisdictions.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to restrict their own access to jeetawy for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 1 day to permanent closure via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, jeetawy will not accept deposits, allow participation in games, or send promotional communications to the excluded Player. Permanent self-exclusions are irreversible. 10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to jeetawy's operating jurisdiction as an internationally licensed offshore platform. Players accessing jeetawy from Bangladesh do so of their own volition and are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and jeetawy, the Player should first contact the jeetawy support team at [email protected] and provide a clear written description of the dispute. jeetawy commits to acknowledging all formal dispute notifications within 2 business days and to providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the jeetawy support team, the Player may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channels specified by jeetawy's licensing authority. Details of the applicable licensing authority and dispute resolution process are available from the jeetawy support team upon request.

All disputes must be submitted in writing in English. jeetawy will not accept disputes submitted in any other language for formal processing purposes, though our support team is available to assist Players in formulating their written dispute in English if required.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of jeetawy's registered operating jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the Player's country of residence.
